Terms and Conditions

General information

These terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods and services from www.fleischercouture.no to customers. Fleischer Couture does not guarantee that all items in the webshop are always in stock. If a consumer purchases an item that is unavailable, Fleischer Couture reserves the right to cancel the order. In such instances, the consumer will be promptly noticed by Fleischer Couture. By confirming the order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Pricing

All prices are shown in local currency where available, and otherwise priced in Dollars (USD) or Euro (EUR) and Norwegian kroner (NOK). All prices are shown inclusive tax. All duties are paid. 

Payment

When place an order, the full amount is temporarily reserved on your account. The payment is then processed and debited from your card once the order is dispatched. 

We offer safe payments using credit cards (Visa, Mastercards etc.) Transactions on www.fleischercouture.no are processed using Klarna and Stripe, third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Additionally, we offer VIPPS payments for customers based in Norway.

Shipping

Fleischer Couture offer free shipping within Norway on orders over 500 NOK. For orders under 500 NOK we will add a shipping fee of 190 NOK.

For customers based outside of Norway, we provide free shipping for orders exceeding 200 USD/ EUR and a shipping fee of 20 USD/ EUR will be applied to orders below 200 USD/ EUR.

Delivery terms

Our goal is to dispatch your order promptly, usually within 24 hours. Customers can typically expect to receive their order within 2-5 working days. Shipments within Norway are handled by Posten, Bring and Postnord. Please note that shipping to other countries may exceed 5 working days. Shipments outside Norway are handled by UPS.

Unclaimed packages

If the package is not retrieved within 14 days at the designated pick up locations or the post office, it will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs associated with this return. In the event of reshipment, you will be charged for shipping.

Returns

If you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt provided it is in a saleable condition, for a refund or like-for-like exchange. All returns should be in “as new” condition, both unwashed and unworn. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.fleischercouture.no.

How to make a return 

1. Carefully pack the unused and unwashed products, ensuring that the hangtags remain attached. Include the delivery note inside the package.

2. Seal the package securely and stick the return label you received with your order on the outside of the parcel. Make sure to cover the original shipping label.

3. Drop off the package at the nearest post office, and ensure it is registered by saving the receipt you receive upon delivery.

4. Upon receiving the package, we will refund the amount to your payment card within 5-6 days. Please note that a deduction of 190 NOK will be made to cover some of the shipping and handling costs.

5. Keep the receipt received during the drop off for your records; it serves as a proof of your return and allows you to follow and track your return process.

Exchange

For exhanges kindly follow the steps outlined in the “How to make a return” section. Exchanges are available for a like-for-like basis, allowing for a different size or color of the same product. This applies only if the desired item is currently in stock. If you prefer a different product, please use the return process for a refund and proceed to place a new order.

Return & exchange shipping costs

For customers based in Norway, Fleischer Couture will cover the return shipping cost if you want to exchange a product, provided the desired item is in stock. If you decide to return a product for orders within Norway, Fleischer Couture will deduct 190 NOK from your payment to cover some of the associated shipping and handling costs.

For orders made outside Norway, all costs associated with both exchanges and returns, including shipping and handling, will be covered by the customer.

Please ensure to keep hold of the receipt received upon drop off, as it serves as your proof of return.

Claims

Faulty items will be assessed by Fleischer Couture and may be replaced, repaired, or refunded. To clarify, faulty goods include items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault.

Items damaged due to general wear and tear are not considered faulty. Faulty items are eligible for return within twelve months for replacement or repair. If neither option is feasible, a refund will be offered.

Please note that claims are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.fleischercouture.no. For items bought through one of Fleischer Couture´s retail partners, please contact them directly for assistance.
