These terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods and services from www.fleischercouture.no to customers. Fleischer Couture do not guarantee that all items in the webshop are always in stock. If the consumer has bought an item that is unavailable, Fleischer Couture reserves the right to cancel the order from the consumer. In this case, the consumer will be contacted by Fleischer Couture. By confirming the order, you also confirm that you accept these terms.
All prices are shown in local currency where available, and otherwise priced in Dollar (USD) or Euro (EUR)Payments are currently accepted in the following currencies:
US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR) and Norwegian kroner (NOK) All prices are shown inclusive tax. All duties paid.
When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your account. The payment is debited from your card when the order is dispatched.
We offer safe payments using credit cards (Visa, Mastercards etc.) Transactions on fleischercouture.no are processed using Klarna and stripe, third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Additionally, we offer VIPPS payments for Norwegian customers.
Fleischer Couture offer free shipping within Norway and abroad free shipping for orders over 2000 NOK/200 USD/200 EUR. For orders under 2000NOK/200 USD/200 EUR we will add a shipping fee of 150 NOK/20 USD/20 EUR
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Normally your order will be packed within 24 hours. The customer will receive the order normally in 2-5 working days. The orders are carried out by Posten and Bring in Norway. Shipping to other countries may exceed 5 working days
If the package is not picked up within 14 days at the pick up locations or post office, it will be sent back to us. We reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return. If the package is to be sent again, you will be charged for shipping.
If you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. All returns should be in “as new” condition, both unwashed and unworn. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from fleischercouture.no
How to make a return
- Register your return online by logging into “My Account” on fleischercouture.no or by clicking the link in your original order confirmation.
- Put the unused and unwashed products in appropriate packaging. Make sure the hangtags are still on.
- Place the delivery note inside the package.
- Properly seal the package and stick the return label you received with your order on the outside of the parcel. Make sure to cover the original shipping label.
- Drop off the package at the nearest post office. Make sure the package gets registered by saving the receipt you receive when delivering the package.
- The amount will be refunded to the payment card within 5-6 days after we receive the package.
You can follow and track your return out of the receipt proof you got when delivered by post (keep good care of the receipt as this is your proof of return)
If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase, please follow the steps in the section ‘How to make a return’. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product name. This only applies if we have the item you want in stock. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Return & exchange shipping costs
If you wish to exchange your product, Fleischer Couture, will cover the return shipping cost in Norway. This only applies if we have the item you want in stock. For orders made outside Norway we do not provide the costs for transportations for your exchange.
If you wish to return your product for orders made in Norway, Fleischer Couture will deduct 150 NOK, from your payment to cover some of the shipping and handling costs. If you return your products from outside of Norway, we do not provide the costs for transportations for your return.
Take good care of your return receipt as this is your proof of return
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by Fleischer Couture. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can be returned within twelve months for a replacement or a repair. If neither of these are possible, we will offer a refund.
Claims are only accepted for items purchased directly from fleischercouture.no. For items bought with one of Fleischer Couture´ retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
