The following terms apply to sales on Fleischercouture.no. Please read these terms before ordering items with us. By confirming the order, you also confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be minimum 18 years old to order items from Fleischer Couture. If you are under 18, an adult must order for you.
A binding purchase agreement is created when your order is confirmed by us. From time to time, a product may be sold out before we have been able to update the stock balance information in the online store. Fleischer Couture reserves the right to cancel your order or parts thereof if a product is out of stock. You will then be informed by mail or telephone.
All prices in our online store are listed in USD and include VAT. All costs associated with your order appear in the purchase process before you make the actual payment.
All offers are valid as long as the item is in stock, or valid until the end date of any special offer.
Payment is made by using cards on our website. When you pay by card (Visa / Mastercard / Eurocard), your card transaction will be sent encrypted through our payment partner Klarna. All card information is kept in accordance with the card company’s rules.
We work to deliver your order as soon as possible. The items will normally be packaged within 24 hours and the customer will normally receive the order within 5 business days. Shipping is carried out by “Posten”. For shipping to other countries, shipping time may vary and exceed 5 business days.
If the package is not collected within 14 days at the specified pick-up point or post office, it will be returned to us. If the package is shipped again, you will be charged for the shipping.
There is free shipping in Norway regardless of purchase amount. Goods shipped abroad are invoiced including VAT. No additional costs such as duties, taxes will occur.
Free worldwide shipping for purchases over 100 USD. For purchases less than 100 USD, shipping will be charged 20 USD.
Cancellation and return
The law of indemnity applies to consumer purchases, and if you regret a purchase, you must give us notice within 14 days after you receive the item, preferably as soon as possible. Note that the product must be returned in the condition it was received.
It is important for us that our customers are satisfied. If you have received incorrect or damaged products, we will send you a replacement. In the case of manufacturing defects or errors in sewing, taping or zipper, please contact us and we’ll help you.
Is the product damaged? Send an email to us as soon as possible, or within 14 days to firstname.lastname@example.org, with description of what is wrong with the item, order number, full name and phone number – as well as a picture of the damaged item.
Refunds usually take 5-6 days after we have registered the return. The money will automatically be returned to the same account as the order was charged from.
