At Fleischer Couture sustainable production is high on the agenda. Our choice of materials and our business conduct is guided by our commitment to act responsibly to people and animals. We are a small company, but want to use our available resources and opportunities to address challenges in our own supply chain and influence the market.
Fleischer Couture has developed guidelines that help us act in line with our values and comply with ethical standards. Our ethical standards are gathered in the company’s Code of Conduct.
Fleischer Couture is a member of the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI). It is Norway’s largest network of companies, organizations and public entities and aims to strengthen decent working and environmental conditions in member’s supply chains, and strengthen the support for ethical trade in general.
Through design and materials selection, we work deliberately toward making durable products that have a long service life so that the clothes can last for many years. This is reflected in our basic philosophy of classical timeless design focusing on the use of natural, quality materials such as merino wool, silk, cashmere, baby alpaca and goose down. To mitigate our own environmental impact is an important part of our corporate social responsibility!
